zentaizentai.com's Return & Exchange Policy is in the aim to guarantee our customers' benefits.

We advise that customers should count and check the goods immediately upon receipt.

Refund:

We will offer 100% refund only for products which are defected, or sent by mistake. We don't accept refunds for customized costumes, since our dressmakers customize the dress for you within 2 days after receiving your payment, it's impossible to cancel an order. Please make a careful decision.

Return:

Returns must be made within 7 days of since you received products and we could not accept any return without being informed in advance. If the product you received has serious quality problem, such as broken, holes, splits, etc.
If the color of product you received is obviously different from the color of your order. Please check if the color aberration is affected by the PC monitor or weather condition, which are not accepted for return.

If the above-mentioned cases occur, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible. According to your request, we will arrange return or exchange for you without delay.

We deny return of underwear, swimwear or other comparatively personal and close fitting products.

Regarding Custom-made products, if the size of product you received is not same with you order, we can provide an exchange service based on your requests. Once you meet this condition,please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible. According to your request, we will arrange exchange for you without delay.
